With one of the best sunshine records in the UK and with nearly 60 miles of stunning beaches and unspoilt scenery, the Isle of Wight is a great choice for those who love the outdoors. For walkers, there’s the chance to walk through spectacular scenery, and over 500 miles of footpaths. The coastal path runs all the way round the IOW, and there are numerous inland walking trails.
